You may wonder what are those black spots on the floor. Well what you are seeing, unfortunally are drippings and urine of animals (goats, pigs, and etc.) in the area that uses the Odumse Basic School classrooms as shelter because the school buildern is uncompleted as seen in videos 1-3. Pupils have to clean these mess every morning by sweeping and scrubing before class begins. (The stench let behind in these classrooms are soo bad for anyone to stay in it even when it cleaned.) A child must not suffer through such experince to get an education. Your contribution toward this project is very much welcome to enable us complete the school building. Help these beautiful children.
The principal tells of what the youngest children of the school have to go through to learn. How would you feel to send your child to a school like this? Children have no exercise books, pins, pencils, etc. not even a slate. These pupils learn numbers and alphabets by written on a bare floor with chalk. What can you do to help?
